Street Corners

Zurich Urban Elements

This online exhibition presents drawings and texts from first year students, examining a range of architectural urban elements that constitute the city of Zürich. In the year 2019/2020 the students investigated street corners. Streets are the quintessential social spaces of the urban territory. Street corners then are combining the space, characteristics, and atmosphere of at least two streets. The architecture of the street corner thus mediate between these two different worlds of the streets.
