Gemeindestrasse 73

Lieblingssachen by Irit

The shopwindows, which belong to the small boutique “Lieblingssachen by Irit”, are located along Gemeindestrasse in Kreis 7. As the name of the street reveals, the new community hall of Hottingen is also in the vicinity. Restaurants, cafés, stores and many apartments are part of this neighborhood. Busy streets, where public transportation such as tramways pass, are also visible in this area.

The shopwindows are situated on an open and easily accessible street. There is a private parking lot right next to the building. These two shopwindows are built into a grey-white gabled roof building, which has a structural wall that is plastered. Above it are apartments.

In total, the residential building has four stories. The frames of the two shopwindows and the door are made of wood. To the left and right of the windows are flat columns with a stone structure carved into the wall. Three stone steps lead up to the entrance of the store.

The entire building, including the facade and stones, are in light grey-ish tones. The wooden, white-painted window frames emphasize the objects on display behind the window. The shutters are also striped in matching gray and white.

Two black flower pots filled with green plants stand next to the entrance of the store to invite guests to enter. They accentuate the entrance and add freshness to the overall appearance.

The boutique offers furnishings, home accessories, home textiles and clothing. Many selected seasonal items are thoughtfully and appealingly displayed behind the shopwindows.
