Fröhlichstrasse 41

The shop is located directly at a crossroads near the “Fröhlichstrasse” tram stop. The street is a quiet parallel street to the busier Seefeldstrasse.

The shop is on the corner of the building. There are rented flats above. The connection between the two streets and the very wide pedestrian walkway ensures that the shop window, which takes up the entire corner, can be viewed from many different angles.

On display in the shop window is a wide variety of unique products such as statues, plates, furniture, candles and many unusual and fashion-conscious clothes. The entire facade, which faces the street, is largely made of glass. This ensures that the whole shop can be admired and not just what is directly in front of the window, but the entire shop is on display for the outside world to admire. The interior design reflects the uniqueness of the products on display for sale. The interior is rather dark, which contrasts with the brightness that comes through the large windows.

The whole building is decorated with many rectangular shapes. The first level of the building is decorated with small tiles and wraps around the lower part like a belt. Then comes the large window front, which visually separates the working world and the upper private flat. The windows are divided into several large rectangles with smaller rectangular windows above them.

The area for the rental flats is very repetitive from the outside, i.e. visually indistinguishable from floor to floor, in contrast to the shop window on the ground floor, which presents its individuality to the outside.
