Eglo Leuchten Outlet

The “Eglo Leuchten Outlet” shopwindow is situated on the historic 1-kilometer long Badenerstrasse in Altstetten. The busy street offers space for various shops, such as outlets, barbershops or secondhand shops.

As mentioned above, the Badenerstrasse’s liveliness and accessibility by foot, bus, or tram make it an ideal location for businesses, contributing to the shop’s prominence in the area. It’s interesting to note that the shops are only on the ground floor.

Above the shops there are always apartments. The shop window was built between smooth stone pillars. These columns separate the commercial area from the residential area of the building, as they only occur on the ground floor. As a result, the shop window draws and receives more attention.

The store features two distinct windows. The right window, positioned between stone columns, comprises a framed glass pane, while the other, slightly shorter, is coupled with the front door.

Both shop windows can’t be opened, serving solely for product display. The glass panes are darkened and have text attached to them. The text is very dominant and attracts a lot of attention. The thin frames are made of aluminum and surround the windowpanes.

Most of the shop windows in the area are overcrowded with products, as the shops are rather small. Even though there are some boxes and lamps displayed, this shop prioritizes aesthetics over product exhibition. Illuminated with vibrant lights, the interior creates a visually appealing ambiance, distinguishing itself from neighboring shops.
