The plain old iron door, the fine industrial windows and the stone silos on the roof give a clear indication of what once was in this place. Also the vents and the simple, but clearly divided, concrete wall are remnants of the former grain factory that stood at this place. Inspired by the industrial materials of the building, even the the new furniture, such as the tables, was selected from steel and other rough and hard materials.
Today, this entrance, which was once the entrance to the hard workday, is an entrance to a beautiful, relaxing world. A coffee serves as an interim use of the spacious old premises on the first floor of this large building. Both inside and outside, this has become a place where people sit and talk, but also dance and celebrate. So it has become a lovely place where you can only interpret what used to be a stressful world by close observation and a slight smell of grain – due to the new silos next door.
