The entrance is located in a side street of Langstrasse, which is very lively. In front of the entrance are parking spaces and a wide sidewalk. Two steps separate the sidewalk from the doorway. On the right wall are bells, and on the left – a white ornament in the facade, which is otherwise green masonry.
The two steps are there to separate the entrance area to
the more private living from the public working. It also serves as protection from the weather to maintain the quality of the wooden door. The door is made of wood and glass. It is also in a full forest green, like the rest of the entrance and the two stores.
Above the door is also a glazed area. The glazed areas are each divided by a mass of wooden bars. Although the door is windowed, you can’t see in well because it’s tinted glass.
The door is located between two stores and leads to the apartments above. Accordingly, it is also between two shop windows, which is why it is often noticed in the background. One can see through the glass, but as the shopping windows are more interesting, passengers rarely use this opportunity.
