Regensdorferstrasse / Regensdorferstrasse

A residential and commercial building is located at Regensdorferstrasse 4. The upper three floors serve the residential building and the ground floor is used for commercial purposes. Specifically it is used as a bicycle shop. This old building appears to have been renovated on the ground floor. The different use of the building is reflected in the current architecture, so the lower part of the house looks sober and bare while the upper part is designed in more details as for example with filigree balcony railings and structured corners.
