The building is in Kreis 4. The style of the balcony and the facade fits perfectly into its surroundings. The curvy structures of the balcony give the façade of building a nice touch. It’s located near the Lochergut with shopping possibility, public transportations and restaurants. The whole surroundings has lots of Restaurants, Bars and Parks with a lot of green. The young people give life to the quarter. In the first two floors is the art gallery Kunstlabor which gives an extra artsy flair to the building.
In general, there are not many cars around partly because of lack of parking spaces. Many people ride their bikes, in Summer especially.
