The building is located in a side street close to a crossing. In this street there are mostly old buildings in ashlar. This one is made from sandstone. The building has five stories. On four stories you will find balconies. On the bottom floor there are big shop windows to attract customers. The balconies stand out because of there not often seen half circle shape. They are also placed as a circle on the facade. Despite their small floor space, they can be used but it seems like they were not used a lot. The balconies were made out of thin steel. Another remarkable feature are the windows. On each floor the windows are in a different shape.
