These balconies are situated in the corner where the Börsenstrasse meets the Bahnhofstrasse. Therefore the balconies are located in the middle of a shopping and banking district, which is highly frequented.
The stone facade of the five-storey building is clearly structured and in a very clean condition. The pedestrian floor is equipped with very large windows and contains a expensive clothes shop. In the rounded corner, a oriel juts out over the eaves.
The balconies are located on the second and the third floor of the building. Only the middle row of the three window rows is equipped with balconies.
The platform is made of the same stone as the facade and is supportet by small consols. The black railing of the balcony is very simple. Only if you look closely can you see the small decorations. The balcony can be accessed trough a single casement door, which is next to a smaller window.
All of the four balconies do not have any decoration or seat possibilities on it. It seems that they are not used that often. Probably only short work breaks.
