Public Stairs

This online exhibition presents drawings and texts from first year students, examining a range of architectural urban elements that constitute the city of Zürich. In the year 2022/2023 the students investigated public stairs which connect the higher and the lower parts of the city and give access to the entrances of homes and apartment buildings, commercial and public buildings, to parks and squares, to the rivers and the lake, and create a space around monuments and fountains.
